You are very much loved and respected in Russia. We have read many books about you and realized one thing: a lot is known about you, but you are still a mysterious person.
Who is Sherlock Holmes and why is he getting more and more popular from year to year? The desire to solve that mystery led us to hold our own investigation using your method of deduction. Our project is aimed at the research of Sherlock Holmes' phenomenon as a personification of “the English spirit”, the thing that we associate with the concept of “a real gentleman”. What essential things is it composed of?
